Shipping and Order Processing
Most in stock items ship within one to two business days after receipt and acceptance of payment. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, manufacturer lead times, or custom and special order items.
If a delay occurs that affects our ability to ship your order within a reasonable timeframe, Gunny Classic Customs will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Orders placed with expedited shipping after 1 PM Pacific Time are not guaranteed to ship the same business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
Domestic orders are shipped using United States Postal Service, FedEx, or United Parcel Service. Delivery times typically range from two to five business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.
Gunny Classic Customs reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order.
For orders with a total value of five hundred dollars or more, a delivery signature may be required.
International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Dates and Delays
Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, time is not of the essence. Any delivery date provided is an estimate only.
Gunny Classic Customs is not responsible for shipping delays or non performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Acts of God
• Labor disputes
• Supply chain disruptions
• Government actions or regulations
• Accidents or transportation issues
Returns and Refunds Policy Summary
This Shipping and Delivery Policy works in conjunction with our Refund and Return Policy.
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from Gunny Classic Customs.
No returns will be accepted after fifteen days from the date of delivery unless otherwise required by California law.
Approved returns must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Products purchased through third party distributors or retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped and carrier tracking information shows the package as delivered, Gunny Classic Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a shipment is returned to Gunny Classic Customs due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order may be reshipped at the customer expense once the original package is received.
Gunny Classic Customs is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Product Defects and Damaged Packages
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Gunny Classic Customs allows five calendar days from the delivery date to report
• Damaged packages
• Shipping damage
• Product defects
• Incorrect items
Claims must be reported within this five day window. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the product in good condition.
For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided to consumers under California law that cannot be waived.
