Order Processing Time

Most in stock items ship within one to two business days after payment is received and the order is accepted. Processing times may vary due to product availability, manufacturer lead times, special order items, or order volume.

Orders placed with expedited shipping after one PM Pacific Time are not guaranteed to ship the same business day.

Shipping Methods

Domestic orders are shipped using United States Postal Service, FedEx, or United Parcel Service. Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, value, and delivery location.

Gunny Classic Customs reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for each order.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time for domestic shipments is two to five business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, time is not of the essence.

Shipping Delays

Gunny Classic Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, or government actions.

Signature Requirement

Orders with a total value of five hundred dollars or more may require a signature upon delivery to help prevent loss or theft.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight and Oversized Shipments

Large automotive parts, suspension systems, and oversized items may ship via freight carrier. Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery and note any damage on the carrier delivery receipt.

Failure to note damage at delivery may result in denial of a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once carrier tracking shows an order as delivered, Gunny Classic Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer expense.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless required by California law.

Contact us within five calendar days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Notify us within five calendar days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Are shipping fees refundable
