Prices listed do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes.

California residents will be charged applicable California sales tax in accordance with state and local tax laws. Customers outside California are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.

Shipping and Freight Liability

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Gunny Classic Customs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond its control.

Large automotive parts, suspension systems, freight shipments, and oversized items may require freight delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery and noting any damage on the carrier delivery receipt.

Gunny Classic Customs is not responsible for damage claims that are not reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Once an item is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Returns Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Gunny Classic Customs.

Returns may be accepted only with prior written authorization. Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Special order items, custom products, electrical components, air suspension components, freight items, and installed parts are nonreturnable.

 

Warranty Disclaimer

Gunny Classic Customs does not manufacture most products sold on this website. All warranties are provided by the original manufacturer when applicable.

Gunny Classic Customs makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by California law.
